Q4. Is there a tax abatement? 

Yes, those new homes are eligible for 5 years of tax abatement from the city. New construction in the city of Newark is eligible to apply for 5 years of tax abatement. Rosa Signature's home is eligible for a 5-year tax abatement program. Then the first year there is no tax on the building, in the second year you pay 20% of the normal tax on the building, the third year 40 % of normal tax, the fourth year 60%, the 5th year 80%. The 6th year tax is at the full property tax. 

 

Q5. What would be the down payment?   

We can direct to a few Banks/Lenders and we have seen clients qualify for FHA with a 3.5% down payment as requires a credit FICO score of at least 620+ (Qualified Buyers)

This is NOT.

In a Rent-to-Own process, the person will rent the property and at the end of the lease, they can apply to purchase the property for the agreed price. We Do NOT offer Rent-to-Own for these homes, these are for sale only.

 

Q10. What do I need in order to qualify?

If you're like most homebuyers, you'll need a mortgage to finance the purchase of a new house. To qualify, you must have a credit score of at least 620+ and cash for a down payment (usually a 3.5% downpayment).
